Courses on Cogniterra are a wonderful gift for your loved ones. In this article, you will learn how to purchase a course as a gift.

To buy a course as a gift for another user, you need to:

1. Go to the course promo page
2. Click on the "Buy as a Gift" button:
   
   

In the pop-up window, you need to:

1. Specify the recipient's email.
2. Set the sending date (optional). If you don't set a sending date, the email will be sent immediately.
3. Write a congratulatory message in the corresponding field (optional).
4. Click the "Pay" button.
   
   

When clicking on the invitation link, the platform will prompt the recipient to sign in or register. After registration, they can enroll in the gifted course.

How to gift a course you've already purchased for yourself?

If you want to gift a course that you've already bought for yourself, click the "Buy as gift" button in the course menu:

How to request a refund if the course is not suitable?

Only the user who paid for the course as a gift can request a refund. You can familiarize yourself with the refund conditions in the following article.

What should I do, if the invitation link hasn't arrived?

Check the spam folder, as sometimes emails end up there. If the email is not there, please contact us at support@cogniterra.org, attaching the purchase receipt.
